College and Medium-Sized Libraries Discussion Group

Discussion topics may include any or all of the following:


1) Instruction issues at colleges/medium-sized libraries: how much do you have to juggle? What kinds of sessions are you teaching? Do you collaborate with other librarians?


2) Structure of technical services departments at your institutions (re: acquisitions/cataloging, etc.)


3) Tenure requirements: share your fears and/or war stories


4) Collection development challenges and solutions: approval plans and beyond


5) Call for topics for next Annual


There is no invited speaker – the discussion group is completely dependent upon the input of session attendees. So please attend, so I am not talking to myself (which I can do at my home institution for free).
